docs.base.org is a one-stop place to help people who are building on Base, connect with the information they need to do things on top of the network.

The "Using Base" page contains information to help you and/or users set up their wallets so that they can properly interact with the network. https://docs.base.org/using-base

Some wallets, like Coinbase Wallet or Brave Wallet, are already set up to work with Base "out of the box", meaning, there's nothing you or users will need to do.

Other wallets, like MetaMask for example, need to be configured, and this page has the information needed in order to do this.

The "Network Information" page also contains similar information. You may find go directly to this page when setting up tools and building/configuring applications so that the network can be referenced properly. https://docs.base.org/network-information

The "Base Contracts" page contains all of the deployed contracts that are part of Base.

Base is built on top of the OP Stack, and to better grasp what this means it's highly recommended to become familiar with the OP Stack docs. https://docs.base.org/base-contracts

The "Fees" page is designed to give builders an overview of how fees work and are calculated on the network. https://docs.base.org/fees

Another important page is the "Differences between Ethereum and Base" page. https://docs.base.org/differences

These previous casts cover most of the "high-level" pages one will most likely reference at some point on docs.base.org.

From here, I'll be switching/sharing links to the next section of the docs which are some of the Guides.

The first Guide will help you deploy a smart contract. For this, we've provided 4 different ways you can do it to help you get started; you'll find there are other ways to do it too. Base is robust and there are lots of way you can deploy smart contracts on top of the network.

Outside of this, you may also find that you also want to reference the "Contracts" page at some point. https://docs.base.org/contracts

Here you will find helpful contracts for Multicall3 or Uniswap v3 for example, that have already been deployed on the network.

And if at some point you will be deploying a token, the "Tokens" page is another very important resource you'll want to be familiar with, with steps on how to get it integrated. https://docs.base.org/tokens/list

The last two links on docs.base.org are to the "Status" page which I would recommend subscribing to in order to be notified of issues or maintenance. https://status.base.org/
