What is something that you’ve found you can do to reliably slip into a flow state? In particular, a flow state *of work*. Two examples could be drinking a morning coffee or packing a zyn but I am much more interested in answers that do not involve substances. A good one for me is turning on a 60 min pomodoro time

Coffee is a ritual for me but does not get me into work flow, it is just a preparation for the day and I really need that hot beverage in the morning (sometimes it’s tea, others just water and lemon). There’s 2 things: no meetings and a playlist (either lo-fi or orchestra, no lyrics)
