When it comes to world design, what do you prefer? Open world, linear world or branching linear world? If it was in my hands... I would ban every developer from doing open world games. I can't think of a single game other than Outer Wilds where the open world actually added anything to the game...

Actually hate Zelda breath of the wild because of how empty and repetitive the world is. And elden ring has become my least liked souls like because of how long and repetitive the world is. Especially when u start skipping a bunch of it on horse after seeing the same monster/boss for the 100th time

Bro I think Breath of the wild is my favorite Zelda and I think I've played all of them (maybe not the ones on 3DS) Also, GTA has to be open world, don't you agree?

Yeah, sandbox games fit the open world, (can't say I enjoy them tho) 🤣 I prefer having a direction and objective, over the freedom of doing anything and everything.

No, I like every type of game for the most part. I did play my 50? Hours of bannerlord actually. Was doing a merchant playthrough, even made a spreadsheet to check the best places to buy and sell stuff, that was rly fun for a while. Minecraft I played it so much I'm burnt out for LIFE 💀

And have only heard/seen about Kenshi. Which looks like one hell of an acid trip made videogame NGL. Can see it being claimed as peak for everyone fan of the genre 20 $degen
