2/ -get some testnet Sepolia ETH and sepolia, sepolia ARB, sepolia OP RPCs from Alchemy ( free signup) - get free Digital Ocean vps ($200 sign up credit) - follow relayer setup tutorial on catalyst docs to install the software ( 15-20 min) And you are done. Worst case scenario you earn smol transfer fees
