Here is one I did last week:

Catalyst is a modular crosschain dex built for modular by 0xjim. 

They need people to operate relayer software (running on a smol VPS) to send swap messages between blockchains.

-get some testnet Sepolia ETH and sepolia, sepolia ARB, sepolia OP RPCs from Alchemy ( free signup)

- get free Digital Ocean vps ($200 sign up credit)

- follow relayer setup tutorial on catalyst docs to install the software ( 15-20 min) 

And you are done.
