1 human 1 vote. This, in my opinion, is the way a DAO needs to be structured(not all DAOs but most). We just keep giving the people with the most money, the most power. Which ya know....most people will disagree with if you ask them....but then we bake it into our systems of governance anyway....why do we keep shooting ourselves in the foot and then pretend that it is someone else's fault? When will we hold ourselves accountable? All power to all the people. ✊

It could be many variables, but I would say the ability to "create and distribute" financial value, namely; revenue from Product & Services derived as a consequence of the sale of tokens.
