gm, i've read 53 books in 2023 so far, will probably crush my record for number of books read in a year (i think it was ~50?) — aiming at 100 books this year i've been reading 20-50 books over the last 4 years consistently, trying to get to 1000 books in 20 years ama

That’s so impressive. I’m a lifelong reader with serious ADHD. My pace is slow. I’m a lifelong reader but it’s never come easy

What’s funny (or not funny) is I majored in Comparative Literature. I was diagnosed with ADHD senior year in college. A long sorted story beyond that but I’m a lifelong regular reader. I love it. It’s just frustrating not being as nimble as others. I’ll never catch up with the books stacking on my shelf.
