did you exert yourself in any other way, or are you claiming just by eating protein you naturally gained 17 pounds of muscle?

I'm dubious, unless there was some kind of protein deficit being filled or he's already 400lbs of muscle and this is just flux /unreliable measurement/ water/ etc. Happy to give @warpcastadmin.eth the benefit of the doubt. Just curious.

be dubious all you want, you'll try the same approach anyway when everything else fails or you become miserable due to gym regime :) i have data to back this up, been weighting myself daily and measuring % of fat and muscle no protein deficit too for the last year https://warpcast.com/farcasteradmin.eth/0x6cf1b0
