wanna feel weird? zone 2 exercise has never been shown to improve anything in a controlled study better than going vegan in fact, going vegan having drastic health benefits has more solid research than zone 2 workouts, when compared side by side but yeah keep sweating that sweat and negating this by eating a steak

weird to compare a zone 2 exercise (walking, jogging, swimming) to a type of diet. one is moving your body, breaking a sweat, and getting your blood flowing, while the other is what you eat. both have effects on your body in drastically different ways. doesn't make much sense

there isn't an opportunity cost tho. you can follow a vegan diet while regularly doing zone 2 exercises, follow a vegan diet and not do zone 2 exercises, etc. if you choose to do zone 2 exercises it's not "welp now I cant eat a vegan diet". idk as long as you're healthy who cares, gg

healthy now != healthy when you're 50 basically everyone is healthy when they are 20 and they can eat anything the true test happens when people age
