Boro this is crazy pants. The half-life of caffeine is catastrophic to most peoples sleep and they donβt know it. The acidity in the gut is torture to your biome. I love me a great coffee, but regardless of the perfectly controlled laboratory science which is != to IRL, 2-3 coffee a week is about max

this is why you should *only* consume caffeine before noon as i note at fixsleep.link caffeine has *no affect* on acidity in the gut

oh you like anecdotal evidence? i just went through thorough examination of all of my gastrointestinal tract, it is in perfect health after drinking up to 4 cups of coffee daily for the last 4 years
