hey you who hosts on vercel, stop doing this right now switch back to spa, host your websites for free on ipfs and gh pages, use blockchain as your backend and your websites will never go down

i'm with you, but its very convenient to hide secrets on a backend and serve data from etherscan/alchemy to the client via a rate limited api, all from inside 1 repo

it is also pretty convenient to pay an arm and a leg for ssr when your app becomes popular (but in all seriousness, RPC have rate-limits, and all spa hosters support secret hiding)

you don't β€” the best you can do is to limit cors :) or you know what's even better? utilizing other public rpc gateways that are free :)

agreed that cloudflare is very dope. workers, kv, and cloudflare free rpc are a very nice cocktail. ipfs also nice in principle if not always in practice (is immediately overpaying piΓ±ata or infura substantially better than hypothetically eventually overpaying vercel? not sure)
