update: haven't consumed coffee in 30 days

It’s been a full week since I’ve consumed any caffeine. After a decade of drinking 2+ coffees a day, I decided on a whim to stop, cold turkey. I was expecting to feel terrible, but surprisingly, my energy levels have held up and I haven’t felt any loss of productivity. 

Might see how long I can sustain this…

Tried this a while back. Then I started to drink coffee again once every other week or so. It felt really good.
