Dell's XPS 13" was always my go-to (and they used to have a developer edition built for Linux) Looking at the newest specs though, they're a hair heavier at ~1.17-1.19 kg +1 for the Zenbook otherwise The Surface Pro could be another option

Asus Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3402). It’s a great temporary replacement.light, premium, and powerful! Plus, Asus laptops are generally easy to return if needed. I grew up with Asus VivoBooks.😁
