turning 30 this in like a week what advice can you give besides the obvious ibuprofen in the evening?

Ibuprofen (and all NSAID) are actually super bad for the lining of your stomach. When I turned 29 my stomach pain started and I began dealing with GERD, having to watch my diet for the first time in my life. If you don't have stomach issues, congrats, spend your 30s doing whatever it takes to stay that way.

not bad at all if not taken in high doses or for prolonged time occasional use is perfectly safe unless you have predisposition to ulcers here's what is really harmful: animal products magicpill.link (but also don't use ibuprofen for prolonged time without doctor's advice)
