Can't help but feel like $nouns meme token (or even fractionalised Noun token) is being chased as a reaction to "the current thing". I love to see energy around ideas that evolve Nouns, but knowing it is a genie we may regret letting out of the bottle, I have a bit of pause.

» a memecoin is like any kind of proliferation or derivative: copies make the original more valuable.

Adding a fractional like currency can be useful.(allows people who can’t afford a full unit the ability to opt in)

But memecoins only utility are that by being a derivative of an original(in the sense that you use the original to claim the memecoin) they essentially act as a burning of that coin
