when i worked at goldfinch (defi protocol), we had the best company ritual. every thursday was Crypto Club — someone from the team would give a deep dive on a new crypto protocol or product and onboarded us all. forced us to understand UX pain points, market trends, bad vs good positioning, etc (also it was fun!).

Going to be trying "two weeks on, one week off". Two week sprint of shipping publicly every day on @anonworld. Then, spend the next week letting it marinate while refactoring and exploring other ideas/apps. At the end of the "off" week I want to be able to share something new for people to play with.
