AGI seems to me (ignoring what it can potentially do) it seems like it helps a certain subset of nerds tickle a lack of spirituality, to have religion within this Nietzschean post-modern landscape w/o calling it religion. I used to think about how that was silly. Recently I think that is naive of me, and Iwas wrong

I think we will see AGI religions pop up for sure. 

If we reach true AGI and it has that level of intelligence and ability to understand/effectively single handedly govern humanity, 🤷‍♂️ it could very well appear like a deity to many
