Is it me or everything is x10 more fragmented / siloed than 2 years ago? art communities, blockchains, social apps… feels like everyone is in their own bubble

I think it’s because “minting” has become so commonplace that anyone can add it to anything. Everyone wants transactions to happen on their platforms so they earn the take rate, either from the transaction itself or the protocol rewards. Platforms want protocol rewards so they segregate and silo 🤷♂️ The only way around this that I see is to introduce some abilities for more contracts to be easily indexed on more platforms
