Absolutely, the publishing process in any format is hugely nerve wracking. Takes a lot of self awareness and development to get to the point of expression. 

At least, for me it did haha

Very easy to get in your own way, at least speaking from my experience. Putting stuff on the internet can be a vulnerable thing.
