yep, exactly! web2 did this with ad views. E.g., I earn a decent amount (more than any other social, aside from when degen soars) by YouTube ads. This is fleeting attention value accrual. Coins can do a similar effect with the transaction fees accruing to creators, but, imo, the 1% is such a low amount...

imo the problem is that fungibles are inherently siloed. even if they are good at capturing attention right now, they don't help a creator accrue value. that 1% can certainly stack, but I think it needs to fit in a larger system
