Moxiesplaining Journal Day 10: Easing the Way for Writers A few ways Moxie Everyday Rewards help make life easier for heavily time-constrained and/or cash-strapped writers on Farcaster: - Rewards aren’t directly tied to any particular subject matter specifics. This helps create more latitude for intrinsically motivated (but still paid) writing. - Distribution happens in the background; claiming is straightforward. No need to chase your earnings. The reduction in mental load and effort (compared to tipping tokens) helps free up that much more time and cognitive energy for writing. - Lowers the barriers for niche writers with modest followings to start earning, which can help them bootstrap small businesses. Less time spent pursuing uncertain funding sources (e.g., grants, prize pools, etc.) translates into more time for writing. How does Moxie make *your* life easier? (Moxiesplaining Journal is a daily window into my observations, learnings, and the view of Moxie from where I sit as a writer + editor).

Agree with all! It’s been great how automatic everything is, lets me focus on building, writing, and creating without having to give anything out. I can just engage normally as I would, knowing I’m fueling others as they fuel me ✨ I’d like to know more about the organic score and how it’s determined, the far boost for TVL is great, but most people new to the ecosystem can’t afford to invest up front. At least they can accumulate and overtime build their boost, so it’s a system that enables true creators to build into over time ✨

Good points. You've mentioned elsewhere that it's enjoyable to know that your normal everyday engagements are contributing to helping others earn a living. I love that too. I mean, I know I'd be spending lots of time on FC anyway because I enjoy it for its own sake, but the helping-others-earn-while-also-earning-myself aspect makes it even more attractive. For newcomers, all it takes is chats on FC with one friend with a decent Far Score to get the ball rolling, and they can build from there. (Sure wish that had been possible when I started writing online decades ago... lol). IIRC I think Airstack plans to make the info about the organic score open source. (But don't quote me on that; I haven't verified it).
