Questions about paragraph that are still unclear (to me): how to think about platform lock in? how is paragraph different than substack or medium besides being able to monetize directly from people who collect your writing? If I write on paragraph, do I own my content and what if I want to switch in the future?

You can always export your full newsletter list! And many other platforms offer an import service (eg, paragraph can import substack entries) A main perk imo, is fc integration. Comments under frames of paragraph posts get added to the actual paragraph post. So the social graph links across platforms on paragraph
