I’ve been in crypto over a decade and this is my first time being so close to a memecoin.

Pretty fascinating - seeing the different stages $DEGEN is going through and all the traction it’s driving in the surrounding ecosystem.

I almost don't even view it as a memecoin with the way utility is being tethered to it, what are your thoughts?

I wonder how much is intentional and how much is a byproduct of the way the community adopted it 🤔 

I actually theorized about a gratitude-based token like this a few years ago. I put a lot of thought into it, and I really think it's a way to build a sustainable system here (not purely memefied, but it helps)

I think it started as a memecoin but is evolving into something much more
