I think it will remain, but at perhaps 5% the volume it previously existed at. 

I think there will be a lot of cuts in favour of Ai  agentic operators, but that shareholders and boards will still want a few human managers to vet decisions 

I also think we’ll see a huge decline in low level employees, which could lead to a mid level vacuum fairly quickly
