There are token trading on Degenswap. If Degenswap is down, how can we buy/sell them? Is it possible to trade through @proxyswap sir?

No whitelist, but they’ll need to add liquidity on proxyswap we don’t aggregate degenswap pools

Burned LP isn't tied to degenswap front end, anyone could make an app that lets people use the LP.
