2) creator create token and presale 50% with Tn100x. 50% left used to add liquidity 
- Creators should not allowed to buy their own token with give them power to be earliest buyer.
- LP fee can custom, if launch with 1), creator earn 100% LP fees, if launch with 2), creator earn 50% LP fees.
