We found about 20 accounts that tipped @razdva close to 10000 and they all had something in common. 

They were all less than 7 days old and had received and locked around 1.2 million DEGEN via Bybit.

We’re not banning anyone just yet, but we want quality posts to get tips. AI-generated content, t4t games, and low-quality posts that extract value from the community aren’t what we support. We reserve the right to moderate posts.

They buy and lock degen. It is how they contribute to $degen. 

We need find a better way to reduce cross-tip, t4t,…but still boost high quality cast. Here my ideas: 

1) tax (tipping tax, and receiving tax)
2) value-realized cast 
+ we can use SCV (@airstack.eth score) the cast captured -> calculate the maximum tip this cast can earn. 

In case it is a high quality cast but doesn’t get high SCV (because OGs dont interact with the cast.), we can also combine with @botornot to increase or decrease the “max tip earn” (more real user with indexed like: good caster,… interact with the cast, higher “max tip earn”)

+ make a cast action to calculate “max tip earn”, and help other users can check it before tipping, if it overtipped, the “over” $degen will not counted.

+ make a dashboard, bot, auto-noti DC,… about top under-tipped caster, in order to help them get more tip for their high-quality cast.
