Biggest thing I have done for productivity in recent memory is turning my phone display on grayscale (you can do this in Settings –> Accessibility). Insane how the dopamine rush just immediately goes away.

Color is sneakier rhetoric than words. Persuasive without talking. Good idea. Will try that today, see how it goes.
