Ugh, twitter is such a mess. I still have friends on there that I miss though. Some of them tried it here and then left and others didn't bother to try FC. I never had to block anyone on there luckily.

i don't bother blocking people either. but i haven't really had to, i guess? the trolls here aren't awful, at least to me. but i'm speaking as an internet anon, which i'll grant is different.

Yeah, sometimes I wish I was anon too. But on social media, I was always trying to promote my photography which used my real name, although I used to use wanderlustphotos as my username as it's my website, but of course my website says who I am.

"anon" is a completely different evolutionary branch. you'd have to use an account that isn't connected to /any/ of that stuff, which is pretty tough to do once you've found your footing/ voice online. your identity here reflects those non-anon choices. i'm fascinated by this stuff πŸ˜…

I also thought I could maybe have two identities, one me and another anon, but then some things I say could indicate the real one so it would have to be totally different, which is sort of fascinating, yes, but well, it's just too time-consuming. It would be like creating a new personality. I'm not even sure who I truly am, so I don't want to create another person. But if I did, maybe I could write a novel then. (that's just a thought that popped into my mind). πŸ˜‚
