some Moxie Claims basics:

1. Airdrop gets vested to you 1/180th per day. You need to claim it in frame each day in order to get it into your wallet.

2. While your Airdrop is vesting, you can opt-in to use the entire amount to buy Fan Tokens

3. Rewards for holding Fan Tokens are Everyday Rewards earned by casting great content on Farcaster you can view the daily leaderboard here https://airstack.xyz/leaderboard 

4. Once a daily rewards is earned, you can claim it in frame 24 hours after the end of the day it was earned. So if you earned it today, you can claim it on the beginning of Wednesday at 00:00 UTC. There is no vesting on Everyday Rewards 

5. You can always access your rewards from the MOXIT Cast Action which will call up the frame

Moxie Airdrop & Vesting Basics:

>your airdrop is available a little each day, spread out over 180 days (vesting schedule)
>not all of it is available at once and none of it is in your wallet until you actually claim and transfer
>but you can use that locked $MOXIE to bid on Fan Tokens
>if you fuck up your bid, you can cancel anytime before the auction ends and get your $MOXIE back
>unlocked/ unvested $MOXIE and any rewards you've earned can be claimed daily using the claim frame (it doesn't transfer automagically)
>Everyday Rewards earned are usable immediately (ie, not vested)

the last hour of each auction will be neat to watch. and the outcome has consequence: it sets the bonding curve, which is gentle, and so the price for the duration (more or less). that will impact how the fan token behaves in-market. too expensive or too cheap so different things.

just all around a neat experiment.

if it's unvested (ie, not airdrop and normal rewards) you should be able to claim... tomorrow? not sure when they'll launch the claim frame.

If you elect to use 100% of your unvested moxie on FT bids, do you still need to claim each day as the tokens vest? I would think not, right, since you’ve already spent them on FTs?

Is this a way around the vesting schedule? Spend vesting Moxie on fan tokens, then sell fan tokens once the market for those is live?

it's amount per token. if you say you are willing to spend 100 $MOXIE for 100 tokens, it'll lock 10000 $MOXIE from your vesting contract into the fan token contract.

What I'm confused about is bidding. In the first step we set an amount which I understand. In the second step we say how many tokens we want. But how do I know how many I can afford? Is the bid price divided by the amount of tokens I want to calculate how much I'm willing to pay for each token?

I'm going to tell everyone that moxie is your project as well as degen.

is max bid actual price of the current auction?  Is there any point in bidding right now or should i just wait until the last second?

Have you seen any casts that explain bidding?  I read something a while ago that its some strange kind of auction where you might max bid but end up paying less in the end if other factors work in your favor somehow but i really dont understand it.   moxie easily takes it for the most complicated project to launch in the last 5 years.

Is there as much benefit as the moxie consumed by purchasing fan token?
