Ah! Maybe the 8-10th floor elevator buttons are broken. 10th floor call elevator button (outside the elevator) works. Went with the midget friendly option.

He’s one of my all time favorites. Randomly ran into him(sort of) while working a few years ago. I was standing in front of Greenwich Village comedy club while on a call and saw him standing by himself a few feet from me. Within 30 seconds of me noticing and I could say a quick - what’s up, love your work - he got swarmed by people so I just bounced. Wasn’t gonna like onto that. 🤷♂️
