There's a strong link between caffeine consumption and sleep quality. You will never master your sleep if you don't accept this fact. For a good night's sleep, no caffeine should be consumed past noon.

Caffeine has, what, an eight half-life? Yeah, that's enough evidence for me. Still won't, tho. Afternoon coffee is too yummy.
