Most user which are in top level and have huge alliwance growed their rank by giveaway. So if others couldnt do the same so all levels should reset. Because there is no way to reach them. People just try to intract by top allowance user for rewards.

Hi Wake, I would like to get some guidance on what exactly would be considered spam. I am sometimes running an art contest degen giveaway: https://warpcast.com/manuwilliams/0x69f93871 but never ask people to follow or recast. Is that ok? Would like you to share a best practices if possible.
