Twitter is already terrible. I wonder if this drives people from X to other platforms, like Warpcast. Maybe we should run an ad campaign on X welcoming refugees?

so THIS is a differentiator that makes sense to highlight, but word of mouth still works better imo. contrasted against the "earn shitcoins on farcaster" approach that attracts locusts only.

I agree! This is a big differentiator. And while word of mouth works best, perhaps we can craft a ready to use "word of mouth campaign" that others can copy paste in a pitch to their followers.

agreed. but study bluesky. they act simple and fast - a week ago, opened an account on threads when the latter had a backlash over some moderation or something like that. bluesky grew 100k new users in half a day, then 500k in 24h. still to see how many stay, but here's the point: people know about bluesky now.

That what I think. I’m absolutely keen to get more people on here but should be clear that the coin thing is just a side event and the main party is to build a place where you can use, gain, trade, sell, discuss, innovate. Thats very important imo.
