>active badge can be fully gamed
>reward budget will get exhausted by bots
>need reputational-schelling-gizmo; something that determines quality of user and so worthiness of reward and so likely return on advertiser's investment

or, shit, you know what...
maybe we can adapt ethereum's security model w/ staking. if the intended reward is a speculative asset, then maybe the opt-in we want is to require users to stake and time-lock a balance of $degen in order to participate. that can all be done via frame now 🤔

Something I've seen on the tipping side are cyclical, closed networks. If you had a way to measure how "open" a person's reach is, that might be a good signal for general receptiveness, quality, and more likely to be organic user. Bots and farmers share amongst themselves in a tight loop.

100%, when shipping the first version ideally there won't be a minimum follower parameter but rather a system that evaluates a creator's recast based on their reach (+ hopefully filters out bots/spam) and rewards them a dynamic amount based on that.
