I’ve tipped a bunch today but my remaining somehow just reset in the last hour??

How do I troubleshoot tip issues?

I read the guides and did all the steps, but not only do I still have zero tip allocation it also seems like the tips I've received aren't being recorded according to the frame checkers and website.
