Since some over-stake Degen, part of the tip allowance pool becomes unavailable to everyone. Any ideas on a fair way to distribute those locked tip allowances to both over-stakers and other users? Someone staking a few million Degen should get some perks. We’d love to hear your thoughts!

Per @reneecampbell, maybe it's as simple as just sharing the whale overstake among the bottom most stakes (ie, 10k stakes) evenly. No one would get much and nothing would be wasted by whale aggression. Lift the bottom, headwind for the top.

It would ensure that the 4.5M announced is really allocated daily (fulfilling what was announced is essential, thinking that people believed the announcement and put money in the vault for 3 months)

This is not my area of expertise but I think there should have been more structure to the staking and more transparency to what each level got you. Trying to work this mess out now seems like such a lack of thought in the planning. Maybe there could be other incentives to high staking? Whales get a vote on planning moving forward or a degen fund that they get to vote on for distribution. Something like that instead of non whales getting less. It paid to be early in here but that shouldn’t mean that those coming in later shouldn’t be acknowledged for their efforts.
