There should be terms, too. Tippers should agree to donate some percentage to me, for taking the risk, and to Degenpad to reliably fund new projects.

Going further, maybe we set a "choose who to support" checklist during onboarding, ala @memecaster.eth's donation automation.

If automatic, those users should expect to donate a higher percentage to whitelisted recipients. For trusted people added manually, more favorable terms.

But imagine if this is STABLE and popular. That guarantees some percentage of tips for Degen development. If we can focus that /enough/ it doesn't really matter how the remainder gets used (ie, stolen, farming) -- we get the work we want.

I love your optimism as always. I tried delegation earlier in the season and it didn't work. People felt like it wasn't theirs and were hesitant to use it because they didn't know if they were using it right. But it was a tiny experiment, small sample size. I wish you better luck than me, my fren.
