the word "fair" is loaded, and it's helpful to look to gaming to understand what fair generally means: people hate competing against machines (you see it in employment as well) every [~successful? there aren't many afaik] onchain game thus far has either catered to bots, or inevitably succumbed to them if you want _people_ to speculate around onchain launches, you need to find ways to exclude the bots. Typically it's a red-queen race though.. some jobs just aren't great for humans (relatively speaking), and people keep learning this the hard way *taps the sign* market always wins
