not a bad idea for merkle to mint these when they send the usdc, can imagine them being very useful for other apps etc (airdrops?) as composable signal

true, i would steelman the case for it by saying defaults matter (opt out v opt in) + composability but.. i think you're right that it's not worth your time atm
