Weird limiting belief with exercise I’ve only just gotten over: You don’t need an hour. Especially with a home gym, I can hop in and rip out a 3x5 set in 15-20 minutes. Did bench yesterday, OHP today. Much better to do something than nothing.

kids beat this out of me and it’s been great. peloton/tonal in home have helped — even 10m can be enough to meaningfully change my energy for the day
