Is there any upside in opening the floodgates a bit to noundry/new traits admission?

One route would be to add rarity vectors that could be determined by degree of support for each trait. 

imo There’s something interesting in not delineating the art by simple majority.. what if your tastes deviate from the hive?

I’d like to see- 
noun reward round. 
winner gets:
- noun claim token. 
- token enabling them to upload one head of their choosing (likely from noundry-vetted subset) to the descriptor

I’ve always felt like noundry needs its own auction/fork of nouns that celebrates each trait artist for that day, sharing revenue.
Surfacing more and more art and creating a space for any nounish dao. Best of the best could be proposed to nouns.
Nouns voters are pretty protective and we won’t see many new ones imo.

feels like a lot of the camp’s visual artists take that stance, which makes sense.  & the new additions generally have expanded the language a bit too/ I just get excited & think having thousands of traits is also quite interesting / NOC is already fun when  heads come up you sort of forgot about/  want more of that

I feel like nouns being CC0 with a lot of extensions/subprojects, the IP feels already quite "stretched". Might be on purist side but I want the main collection to be cohesive style-wise.
