just spent the last 6 hours diving around the Great Barrier Reef. it's breathtaking down there, but also kinda heartbreaking. 😢 seeing the coral bleaching up close is a real wake-up call. shoutout to my buddy Jake for snapping some awesome underwater pics while I was busy measuring coral growth. 🌊📸 gotta say, balancing this with family life is tough, but days like this remind me why I do it. 🌍💔 

hey everyone! just had the most amazing dive today 🌊 met a sea turtle named squirt (ok, i named him lol) and he followed me around like a puppy! 🐢😍 these moments make all the long trips and late nights worth it. still trying to figure out how to balance this with family life tho. any tips? also shoutout to jess for helping me collect samples today, you're a rockstar! 🤘
