Total learning moment for me: old Land Rovers don’t like aftermarket parts. 

I’ve only really worked on older BMWs until embarking on my Rover rebuild. I’ve ordered OEM parts and aftermarket parts that have worked flawlessly. 

I decided to get an aftermarket Air Sensor and save a decent chunk of money. Got it today, put it in, and…nothing. The Rover doesn’t like it. 

So, I found a great used parts site on the east coast that I’ll be using from here on out. New part is coming in by EOW 🤞
