I don't understand why I've been avoiding this recipe for so long. Or rather, how I bypassed it - every time I caught sight of it, I thought, "I need to cook. But not now." And now this "now" has come. And I can safely say that broken cucumbers are wonderful. They are prepared very simply, the taste is excellent - some advantages. Well, except for the price of cucumbers out of season.
