I’m telling you how to prepare an awesome summer salad for the holiday table. I prepare this salad not only for a feast, but also for a light dinner. My peaches are sweet and sour and go well with tender chicken and juicy summer vegetables. And as a dressing - olive oil with honey and rice vinegar. A very good combination, in my opinion. For this reason, I prepare it every year when the peaches ripen at the dacha.
