Just stumbled upon this. What do you think drives the aversion to traditional philosophy or other established frames of thought when it comes to these discussions? Not-knowing has been covered in depth by many thinkers.

it's all good! i tried writing in academic contexts and got not much traction so this is the end of a 14-mth experiment to see if a less academic framing is more effective at getting people to care. still interested in peer-reviewed work in the area that doesn't assume max/opt. (the jury is still out š)
