ladoix was pretty classically burgundian but not overworked. cote de beaune fruit, but restrained and pretty austere. was nicer when it was cooler than expected. took about an hour after opening to get to where it wanted to be (no carafe). was a good moment to drink. cocciuto bianco well-structured from maceration but not over-tannic, in a great spot to drink now. yellow stone fruit type situation, with the powder florality that italian aromatic white varieties often have. definitely nicer when very cool, and opened early.
