Network States

People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

Good weather from one point necessary thing, but humanity needs culture of living out of the Earth in near future, so may be it should be Arctic state or big cruise ship with possibility to travel some route with all necessary working stuff and test this style of life for 3-6 months. Route could be between good nomads locations like Bali, Colombia, Thailand. So it could be cool to work on shi while move from Bali to Colombia.
