If I remember correctly, not too long ago, every effort was made to block, hide, or mark such accounts as spam… which I took as a sign that they were unwanted or not allowed.

"allowed" is what I'm focusing on.

Sufficiently decentralized means permission is not required, so why would something be "allowed" or "not allowed"
